do you charge handling fee for heavy packages?

yes we do. a sum of $800JMD is charge for packages that exceeds 15 lbs

do i pay processing fee for my packages?

processing fee is only charged when your package value exceeds 100 USD and also detained by customs .

How long before I have to pay for storage?

package(s) will start to attract storage fee after 7 DAYS , if not collected during that timeframe a sum of $100 will be charged per package

how long before my package gets liquidated/ auctioned off/ disposed or destroyed?

All packages are kept at our facility for 60 days, the 60 days begins when you receive the email outlining that your package have been billed an is ready for pick up/delivery, failure to retrieve your package(s) within the 60 days period, we reserved the rights to auction/liquate that package to recover financial compensation
